Using assessments tools such as the StrengthsFinder 2.0, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the D.I.S.C., we provide feedback about individual/team strengths and then coach strength development. Learn how to fine tune your workgroup so that working together is more effective, conflicts are managed before they derail progress, and individual members develop their potential. The bottom line goal in Teambuilding is a cohesive, productive, and efficient team, focused on vision and mission accomplishment.

Planning for your Training
The Discovery Group offers corporatate training services for you and your staff.
THE DISCOVERY GROUP TRAINING CONTRACT will be tailored to your needs at the time we schedule your training and will detail all requirements of the host company/agency and agreements made with The Discovery Group.  We recommend a three-month lead time for most training and will work with you in advance planning to promote the best possible outcome for your event.  It has been our experience that the greatest successes eventuate from the most careful planning.  The intent of the contract is to provide a clear understanding of the user’s goals in order to achieve the desired results as efficiently as possible.
